The Exclusive  Strings

1st violin is Melissa Schaak from Canada. Having completed her musical studies in Canada (WLU) with the Penderecki String Quartet as well as at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, Melissa received Honours Bachelors of Music in violin performance and a diploma in chamber music.

2nd violin Larissa Lismont comes from Belgium and in 2001 began her studies at the Royal Conservatory of Music of Liège. There, she studied under Madame I. Okubo, and in June 2007 she received her diploma for the violin.

Viola player Maryna Lepiasevich moved to Bruxelles in 2007 having passed the entrance exam to study at the Royal Conservatory of Bruxelles. She has an eclectic taste in music and enjoys a wide range of musical styles.

Tamara Savic is the group’s cellist. Tamara studied cello at the Cleveland Institute of Music, Harid Conservatory (USA) with some of the world’s most renowned professors including Ronald Leonard and Aldo Parisotto.

During her career she has won several international competitions, among them Laureat of Sarasota Music Competition (USA) and 1st prize at the KOCIAN cello competition in Czech Republic.

Although individually gifted on their instruments, it’s their performances together as The Exclusive Strings that create some of the most exciting and breath-taking string music around. With a careful mix of classical masterpieces and high-octane pop music, The Exclusive Strings performances take audiences on an electrifying musical journey.
